HOW WE WORK

Gallery Bookings

An illustrated submission should be made to the gallery director, Julius Bokor. Telephone for an appointment during business hours to discuss the proposal and show some photographic or examples of the artwork.

A deposit is required as confirmation of firm booking once exhibition dates have been established, refer to conditions of contract.

The artist or representative is expected to be in attendance during the exhibition.

Exhibition Contract

A standard agreement for one-off show will be used to cover the period of the exhibition.

Rental for 2005

Rental of both floors per week: $1950 (+10%GST)

includes:
lights and electricity
local phone calls
hooks/hangers for artworks
normal cleaning up to walls
use of notice board and sandwich boards during exhibition
back to base alarm if required
website publication & e-mail address

does not include:
insurance of artworks
manning the exhibition
abnormal making good after exhibition
itemised phone calls
advertising
